DEPARTURE

The cabin should be left in the same condition as when you arrived. The floor should be swept and cleaned with luke soap water. Use linseed oil soap or green soap from the cupboards under the sink. Bucket and washcloth is in the bedrom closet.

All kitchen equipment should be wahed and put in place.
If you rent sheets and linen please remove them and place them at the top of the bedrom closet.
Solar panel should be swithced off as described, please make sure that gas- and paraffin heaters are turned off. Make sure also that the gas is turned off.
Be sure that all wood in the fireplace are completely burned out before you leave.
It is a nice gesture to the next visitors to fill the wood baskets with firewood, so they will have dry wood when they arrive.
The toilet should be swept clean. And springle wood waste fromt the bucket so it will feel nice and clean for the next visitors.

No food should be left behind in the cabin beyond dry goods.
Check that the refrigerator and oven gas are switched off (see instructions).
Do not leave water in the glass container or glass bottles in the winter, as it will freeze and crack.
(Plastic bottles are fine.)

Pull down the blinds for the windows in the living room.
Please close doors to the bedrooms and check that all windows are closed and the exit door in the living room is locked. The key should hang on the nail next to the door in the living room.

The exit door at the back locks with the key that is put back in the code box and set the numbers to zero before you pulls up the cover. If the door is hard to lock, lift the handle higher (it might feel heavy and stuck as the cabin moves a bit with the seasons).

Please be sure you have collected all your waste and bring it back home with you.
If you have borrowed a key for the boom and a driving license into the parking, this is returned to us as
agreed.

THANK YOU FOR TREATING OUR COTTAGE LIKE IT WAS YOUR OWN!
